Rummy Champions validates the details provided by you at the time of registration at several stages and from time to time. Emails, SMS, and phone calls are the mediums used to communicate with you for validation purposes.
If we are unable to establish contact with you and the validation process remains unsuccessful, Rummy Champions reserves the right to suspend your account and remit the balance in your account (after deduction of service charges) to the financial instrument used to make the deposit.

In such cases, Rummy Champions will not be held responsible for the termination or any losses incurred due to game cancellation.
When a cash game is paused due to unforeseen technical issues:
If the game does not resume within the stated duration, it will be canceled, and the buy-in amounts of all players will be refunded to their wallets within 24 hours.
Refund requests will only be processed in cases of accidental or erroneous cash credit. Rummy Champions will individually investigate such requests, and genuine cases will be refunded within two weeks.
Refunds will be remitted to the financial instrument used during the original transaction.
If you wish to discontinue the use of Rummy Champions services, send an email to support@rummychampions.co.in stating your intention to terminate your account.
After evaluating your account, Rummy Champions will refund the remaining balance, deducting applicable levies and taxes.
All financial transactions to deposit funds into your account are processed through third-party payment gateways. These gateways are responsible for accepting or denying transactions, and their terms and conditions apply.
In case of transaction reversals, the refund amount will be processed back to the financial instrument used during the transaction after applicable charges are deducted.
You acknowledge that all reversals and refunds will be limited to the original financial instrument used.
